It's only been 2 weeks but loving this product, getting use to the fact the shampoo doesn't foam but it does clean...weird but that's what you get when it's not full of rubbish. Love the repair oil too. My hair is starting to feel more manageable and the product smells great too
I swear by this shampoo, grew my hair so much so referred to a friend whos hair just wasnt growing an she wanted long hair an worked super fast for her aswell! Will stick with this shampoo for sure
Fast delivery, have used a couple of times so far only thing is I have found the shampoo doesn't lather very well, the conditioner is fantastic, but based on the ratio required for each wash you would need 2 x bottle of shampoo to 1 x conditioner.
This product makes my hair so soft I can't stop touching it.. Will not be able to tell if it has helped my alopecia until a few months, will definitely keep using
Shampoo didn't foam at first, then discovered it had separated. Since shaking it up, it now foams, but my hair feels dry and fluffy. I have fine hair with some grey and coloured blonde. Hope it improves, but not holding my breath. Happy with it being vegan friendly though.

Thank you for your review, we always appreciate our customers feedback! Because all our haircare is made of natural products, the ingredients sometimes do separate, but this is absolutely nothing to worry about. We advise to (like you did) give the bottle a good shake before using it.
Our product won't foam as much as your regular shampoo and conditioner, because it doesn't have the ingredients (suphates & paraben) that cause this to happen, as these ingredients are very bad for your hair. Please make sure you thoroughly massage your scalp and the roots of your hair and make sure you wash out all of the smapoo. You might feel like you need to use more shampoo because of the lack of faom, but that is not the case.

Although shampoo is good it makes hair feel soft , but next day hairs are so oily that it doesn’t seem that i washed it one day ago it makes hair so oily and most importantly it doesn’t lather which is the main issue
My hair got destroyed by a hair dresser so I started using Erabella about 3 months ago and it's finally growing! It is also so soft and shiny all the time!
I got mine hair towel a week ago i can't beleve how much the hair towel has changed my hair i dont have anymore prombels with fly aways thank you Erabella
Delivery was really fast, beautifully packaged and communication regarding my shipment was just great. I am almost finished with my current shampoo and conditioner, 100% natural ingredients (my hair feels softer and not knotty anymore lol) and from another company in NZ. I try to support NZ businesses locally and nationally. Erabella keeps showing up on my feeds via IG so thought I'll give this a try and see which products works best for my hair. Will do an update later when I've finished my bundle of shampoo, conditioner and pink towel.
I have short thin hair due to menapouse. I.ve only been useing the shampoo and conditioner for a week now havent noticed anything mind blowing with my hair .but it does make my hair feel lovely and soft it has a lovely smell to it
After reading all the postvie reviews i thought i would order the shampoo and condition. I havent tried yet but it smells so nice i hope it wroks on my thin hair🤣🤣

This shampoo and conditioner have given me the best results for taming dry frizzy locks and turning them into soft and easy to style hair. No sign of the promised hair growth but these are still the best products for hair and scalp health that I have found in NZ!

Nothing AMAZING to report yet. My hair does feel nice and soft but not sure if that is just due to the directions to use conditioner on roots which I don’t usually do.
I am so impressed with this flyaway wand as it does exactly what it says it would, tames my flyaways!! Will definitely be purchasing again
This product is amazing, I have used alot of different products over the years being a hairdresser and this is up there with being one of the best. I have very fine hair and loose quite abit of hair, since using this I'm not loosing any hair and my hair feels amazing. The oil is so nice and light, I couldn't wear my hair out before using this product. So thank you
