Our suggested regimen is as follows: Shampoo every third day and use conditioner every day. The conditioner will help rinse away the grime on the non-shampoo days, and again, it will re-hydrate the hair following a shampoo.
Saw palmetto is a supplement made from the fruit of the Serenoa repens tree. It's often used to enhance hair growth.
Basically, it's a violet-coloured shampoo that is designed to distribute purple pigments throughout your hair to neutralise any yellow. The purple pigment found in blonde shampoo will help assist in colour correcting your hair from the warm yellow tones to a cool ashy tone.
Due to very low demand in NZ we have decided to move all our hair extensions to the UK, as the demand is much bigger here.
What is remy hair?
Remy hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair because the cuticles are kept intact and not stripped, like in most other non-remy hair extensions. Preserving the hairs' cuticles and aligning them in a unidirectional fashion creates extensions that are completely natural in appearance.
What is the standard of quality and how long will my hair extensions last?
At Erabella we only supply top of the range quality at great prices. Our extensions are 100% human hair that will enhance your overall look. Taking care of your hair extensions is extremely important as this will lengthen their lifespan. Erabella extensions will last up to 12 months depending on how much they are used and exposed to heat and colouring. Our hair extensions can be coloured, but this will shorten the lifespan of your hair extensions. Please do not sleep with your extensions and always use a salon-grade heat protecting spray. We also advise washing your extensions only after 10-15 wears.
How do I select a thickness for my hair?
Erabella clip-ins offers four thickness options for our 20” sets: 160 grams, 220 grams, 280 grams & 360 grams.
Luxury Hair Set:
160g is our most popular seller as these are suitable for all hair types but are highly recommended for those with medium to thick hair. It will add length as well as blend in naturally with your already thick hair, giving a flawless natural look.
Superior Hair Set:
220g sets is the one you are looking for if your hair is quite flat and needs some extra volume or if you are looing for even more glam than the 160g set!
Hollywood Hair Set:
280g sets are perfect for the women that want that wow look. It will not only add length, but also enough volume so that you will have that celebrity look! Definitely a top seller.
Ultimate hair set:
360g is what you need when you want the biggest most beautiful locks in the room! This set promises to leave everyone asking why they hadn’t thought of erabella hair before.
Erabella Tape-ins are sold in packs consisting of 20 pieces which makes up 50grams per pack. We give you the choice out of 1-4 packs.

How do I apply my extensions?
Clip-ins can be easily installed by yourself or a friend at home.
Tape-ins we recommend using a salon as you will be wearing them for an extended period of time and you want them to look their best!

How long does delivery take?
Orders throughout UK – Standard delivery is 2 – 3 business days
Express delivery is 24 - 48 hours
Orders throughout USA – 5 - 10 business days
International - 10 – 15 business days
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We currently don’t offer Saturday delivery, but if you pay for express shipping and contact us with enough notice we can try and organise this with our courier partners.
How do I choose the correct colour?
You can browse through our collection online or you can email us with a selfie and we can help you decide. Email us at hello@erabellahair.com If you do choose the wrong colour you may return the hair extensions, with the quality seal unbroken, and we will send you another colour.
I chose the wrong colour, what do I do?
If you choose the wrong colour you may return your Erabella Extensions for exchange within 15 days, as long as the main section (top section) has not been opened or tampered with and that the extensions have NOT been worn.
How do I make a return?
Please get in touch with us support@erabellahair.com before your 15 days return policy expires. Please include your return package with your invoice and return ship your product to the address we supply you with. Opened hair extensions will NOT be replaced.

Why do you not accept returns if the extensions were opened?
Our hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. For the safety of you our client, we take matters of hygiene very seriously and therefore do not allow OPEN ITEMS to be returned. Most other hair extensions suppliers will not accept returns which have been opened for the same reason.
NB! We cannot take back any hair that has been opened due to quality and hygiene reasons. So be 100% sure before opening the packet!
