How to Use
Section clean, dry hair before application. Remove the protective backing from the tape tab and apply close to the root, sandwiching a thin section of natural hair between two extension pieces.
Press firmly to secure in place and repeat throughout the hair for a seamless, natural blend. Style as desired using heat tools on low to medium settings. For best results, we recommend professional application and maintenance.

When damaged
If your package has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, simply email Hello@erabellahair.com with your order number and email used for your order along with photos of the damaged product.
We'll either refund your money or send you another package, whichever you prefer.
For tape in hair extensions return, please ensure that the extensions pack is not opened or loosen (gold string must still be intact to keep all the tapes together) as the return and exchange policy will be void and you will not be able to exchange them or return them for a refund.
